Q: I purchased the full version, but it's not unlocking. What do I do?

A: Ensure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Try restarting the app. If the problem persists, use the “Restore Purchases” button in the game's settings.

Q: The game is crashing or behaving strangely.

A: Make sure you’re running the latest version of the app and that your iOS device is up to date. Close the app fully and open it again. To close the app fully swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle, then swipe up on the app's preview to close it. If issues continue, contact us with your device model and iOS version.

Q: I lost progress. Can it be recovered?

A: Progress is stored locally. Deleting the app will erase your data. If you’re using iCloud backup, restoring your device from a backup may recover progress.
